The pattern we see again and again: a 30-to-150-person operation, growing volume, an ops manager who can name the bottleneck in one sentence. They've tried Zapier or a half-finished consultant build. It almost works. It also breaks every other week. People stop trusting it.
Our job is to replace "almost works" with "runs without anyone watching it."
What we build, by workflow
Invoicing
Pull completed work from your job system, build the invoice, route it for approval if needed, send it, chase it if it sits unpaid. Plug into QuickBooks, Xero, or your billing system of choice. Stops invoices from sitting in someone's drafts folder for a week.
Quoting
Read the incoming request, generate the quote against your pricing rules, apply your discount logic, send it. For trades, we wire this into your job-cost model so the quote reflects real margin, not retail-list guesses.
Dispatch & scheduling
Triage incoming jobs by priority and crew capability, assign the right team, account for travel and equipment swap. Send the schedule to the field by text — that's how crews actually read it.
Document handling
Inbound PDFs, contracts, permits, lab results, MSAs. We pull the fields you care about and file the document where it belongs. For healthcare and Native corp clients, we handle this with the compliance posture the work demands.
Customer follow-up
Post-job status, review requests, win-back outreach. The work that drives reviews, repeat business, and referrals — and never gets done because nobody has time. See review automation for the dedicated version of this.
What this is not
This is not a chatbot. It's not a generic "AI assistant" you log into. It's a system that runs in the background of the tools you already use and makes the work happen.
We will tell you when a chatbot is the right answer. It rarely is for service operations.
"Attu came to us, sat with our dispatchers, and built something that actually fit how we work. Within weeks our team was using it on their own — no hand-holding needed." — Samantha, United Freight & Transport
Questions we get
Where does this fit on top of QuickBooks / Jobber / ServiceTitan?
On top, not in place of. We integrate via the API where one exists and use lighter glue where it does not. You keep the system of record you already trust; we automate the work that happens around it.
How fast does it pay back?
Most of what we build pays back in months, not years. The math is usually hours-saved-per-week × loaded hourly rate, minus the build cost. We share the spreadsheet during scoping.
Can you fix automations another vendor built that don't work?
Sometimes. We will look at what is in place, tell you honestly whether it is salvageable, and rebuild what is not. We do not pretend a broken Zapier graph is fine when it is not.
